The conditions below form the basis of the contract between the Tour Operator and Fore Golf Travel.

Deposits, Final Payment and Cancellation Penalties.
In order to confirm a booking a non refundable deposit of £60.00 per person is required. Schedules for the payment of balances and cancellation penalties are as follows :

Schedule
Golf Tours – on booking £60.00 per person.
45 days prior to travel - Full balance

Cancellation Penalties
45 days prior to travel - £60.00 per person.
44 – 31 days prior - 25% refund.
30 – 15 days prior - 10% refund.
14 days or less - No refund.
Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to Fore Golf Travel. No refund will be made for any unused portion of itinerary.

Travel Protection
Fore golf Travel is not liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, for personal injury, accident or illness at any place throughout the tour.

Please check with your insurance company or agent that you have adequate coverage.

Fore Golf Travel reserves the right to cancel a booking if circumstances require. In which case, all deposits or final payments will be refunded in full.
